Meet Parker Thurman Stewart, born October 24, 2007, 7lb 6oz, 19 1/2" long. Andrea and Shawn are resting easier now that Parker is resting easier! The first 24 hours of Parker's life threw him a "curve ball" but he didn't give up. After being whisked away from his Mommy & Daddy to the children's hospital, he received expert specialized care and lots of prayers stormed heaven on his behalf. 4 days after his birth, he has turned the corner and is on his way to a home run! Mommy has now joined Daddy and Parker at the children's hospital where they will stay until Parker is well enough to go home and get to know his siblings. Andrea is doing very well following the C-Section, she is moving around better than me (no comments)! And all the people said - AMEN!He's just too cute, isn't he?!

(I guess I can still leave a comment even though my name is not Erin?!) Guess what? I got to hold Parker for about an hour yesterday while he slept peacefully in his grandma's arms. He winked at me once.
